The use of rubber stamps was made from the past 20-30 years for different aspects of businesses, but it was found that their use was expanded into many more areas like the notary stamps, deposit only stamps and the signature stamps.

Signature stamp can be created in an easy manner. The person just had to send a fax copy of his signature to the company and he will receive the stamp with his signature engraved in it. Notary stamps are used mainly for the purpose of the sworn signatures and the legal documents. Business stamps are mainly used for keeping a track of the documents. Stamps like “received”, “reviewed by”, “paid” etc come in the category of the business stamps.
