Looking for Health Supplements.

To say that I was an article on health nut would be an understatement but today I try not read anything health related at all. My friends thought I had become a health and fitness nut and I suppose I had. You see, staying fit and healthy after being as grossly overweight as I was is understandable but if you are not careful you exchange one obsession with another. Sytropin HGH is one of the health supplements available on the market today that claims to promote the pituitary gland to produce greater amounts of human growth hormone. Though sytropin contains homeopathic HGH, it is said to also increase the body’s ability to create more of human growth hormone on its own.

I suppose I became a bit of an expert after reading all those articles on health, from all the standard diets to the crazy ones as well as items informing you how to extend your life. But nowadays, when I read an article on health, it just fills me up with anxiety, After all, one article on health will say one thing, another day and another article says something else. Take soy for example, one group of scientists tell you it’s good for you then another group say don’t touch it because it promotes the development of female hormones in men amongst other side effects. Finding the best diet and exercise regime that keeps me fit and well for as long as possible is the only goal I have but it is a problem.

Sometimes you become your own worst enemy by reading all the articles that contradict because you just become confused and disillusioned. Three great American favorites, chocolate, coffee and alcohol were up until recently, thought to be bad for your health. It now turns out that red wine is good for you as well as dark beer, dark chocolate and coffee, all of which are quite good for you in moderation. What can you say because you know that soon they will be telling us that cheesecake and full fat dairy ice cream are good for you in reducing your cholesterol level.

Well it took some time but all these so called experts have managed to do is make people wary about what they are told and to be responsible for themselves. They have lost the right to tell me how to live but I suppose I’ll still read the odd article on health from time to time. My experience with articles on health is that they do have some worthwhile information on exercising correctly and nutritional information but as for the rest, well that will be up to me. Living a healthier life and being happier is what is really important to me so with a bit of luck I should be able to achieve this mostly on my own with very little help form experts.
